Here's the original. I'll crop it down, make her eyes more natural and make the background less busy.

I think the photo of the drawing looks a little "grainier" than the actual drawing, but I still love the way Dixie is looking out at us and how shiny and soft she looks.
The beginning of the drawing! I'll make the background a little less distracting, but still keep it interesting...
