Here's the original photo.
I drew Rocky on a piece of gray paper to accentuate his colors and gave the portrait a 'studio' background. I also made his big, beautiful brown eyes easier to see. While I was drawing this portrait, I felt like Rocky was right there in the room with me - I kept wanting to give him treats for being such a good boy!
